Controlled Automation has been in the business of Retrofitting and Rebuilding equipment since 1986. With our decades of experince, we can take older equipment and automate machines to be new or even better than new.

We offer Retrofits for machines that are mechanically operating and in good condition. With a retrofit, we add new state of the art Controlled Automation software, Windows controls and automation to equipment in the field. This allows for a shorter down-time and often more bang-for-your-buck in a new off the shelf Windows controller and automation. This is benefitial especially when replacing older out-dated, expensive or even hard to find components of proprietary legacy CNCs and old outdated PLCs.

Remanufacturing of equipment at Controlled Automation is like no other manufacturer. What we call Rebuilt, we mean all wiring, hoses and controls are completely replaced. Often rebuilds are completed by using only the steel of the machine itself. All remanufactured machines from Controlled Automation have an all new machine warranty and look just like the new equipment we build. The benefits of a CA rebuild can provide cost savings of up to 30% than that of a new machine.
