The Laser Lay-Out Printer model LLP-4824 is a self-contained stand alone unit designed to mark Structural shapes with four (4) Fiber Optic Lasers.
Lay-Out and Orientation marks as well as Welding Information can be imported from 3D design software and transferred on to the members. Powered by SICAM Software, the LLP-4824 produces marking on steel faster with no consumable cost – by far the best value available. Multiple parts can be easily multed onto one piece of material. This system was designed for the highest speeds possible to gather the most information for members. By utilizing fiber laser to burn only the mill scale of the steel, the marks are ideal for siesmic work that does not allow gouging with plasma and drill marks.

The Laser Lay-Out Printer model LLP-4824 has four Fiber Optic Lasers with four Laser Scanner Heads capable of marking at speeds up to 400 IPM mounted on four (4) three (3) axis Cartesian Robots. The machine is manufactured and serviced by Controlled Automation (ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC with VTS is standard)

  • 4 - 100 watt pulsed fiber lasers

    shielding at in-feed and out-feed
