Field Service Technician
A unique opportunity for those eager to hit the road! Do you love solving a challenge? This position is considered 100% percent travel within the continental US.
Technicians will be out on the road for usually one week at a time. Workload and degree of difficulty will determine the number of jobs each week. Tech will be responsible for parts inventory and distribution to customers.
- Strong Electrical (Industrial, A/C & D/C drives, PLC knowledge, CNC experience a plus!)
- Mechanical abilities - 3 to 5 years
- Open to 100% travel!
- Willing to travel internationally (rare except for training or must be agreed upon by both parties)
- Must have clear and active driver’s licenses
- Basic computer skills required
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to read electrical & hydraulic schematics
- Electrical & hydraulic experience – 3 to 5 years
- Welding experience a plus

Welder / Fabricator
We are currently looking for a skilled welder to join our growing team at our main facility in Bauxite AR. The applicant must be able to pass our standard welding test which will consist of Flat, Overhead, Uphill, and Downhill welding as well as seal welds.
A welder must be competent in using the proper equipment and follow all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is a plus.
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and processes.
- Trouble shoot any issues and plan for corrections if needed.
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment needed and method based on requirements.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications
(e.g., measure, cut and fit material with power tools to match measurements to prints.) - Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that will be welded.
- Align components using calipers, rulers, etc. and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
(vertical, horizontal or overhead) - Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Understanding of crane operation and rigging for lifting task

- 6am until 4:30pm = 10hr shifts.
- Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
- Some overtime work may be needed on Fridays - voluntary basis.
